Dear friends in the Dhamma

I am more than happy to tell you that Itzhak, a very dear friend of mine, and a true teacher, will come back again to Mexico to teach a Thai Yoga Massage courses, one for beginners and another course for advanced.

As we are organizing the course together, I would like to open a wholehearted invitation to all of those who want to share the joy, the inspiration and fun that come up from going forward in the noble way that Asokananda, our teacher, kindly unfolded for us.

A Thai Massage course is always a spiritual experience that combines meditation and the practice of loving-kindness, and for those interested particularly on learning massage, it is a great opportunity to know more about this beautiful healing technique.

About the facilities:

The course will be here in the city of Xalapa (capital of the State of Veracruz) in Mexico, in a mountainous area called the mist forest, surrounded by trees with a warm and humid weather.

The course will include two vegetarian meals a day, breakfast and lunch. Food will be very nutritious and simple, based on local production.

About the cost:

Our 11 day Thai Massage training is $5.500 Mexican pesos or about US $500, depending on the exchange rate, including basic food (2 meals a day).

Advance payment will not be necessary for the people who come from another country, but confirmation is needed. It will be appreciated if you can confirm us before August 1st or even earlier if you already know that you will take the course.

Note: Accommodation is not included in the cost of the course. But we have some inexpensive suggestions if you would like to stay in some of the student’s home here in Xalapa, or in the course’s venue in a shared room (please ask for details).
