Founded by the late Asokananda more than 20years ago, this Thai Massage research facility is based in Hai Naam Rin, a small and beautiful Lahu village located in the Chiang Rai province, 80 km from Chiang Mai.

12 days Thai massage foundation courses are available throughout the year and are taught by senior teacher of the Sunshine Network, personally trained by Asokananda. Students share the Lahu hospitality as accommodation is provided by Lahu families in simple bamboo or wooden style huts.

A 10 days Keralite Massage - Chavutty Thirummal course is also available, once a year in March, taught by one of the Sunshine Network most senior teacher.

Rice vegetarian meals are provided three times a day. Transport to and from the village and course material are also included in the course fee.

A program of Vipassana meditation, Yoga or Tai Chi, integrated in the Thai massage course, provides the students with a thorough background (This program is from January till June only).

PLEASE NOTE:We depart for the village, from the meeting point in Chiang Mai, one day before the course starts and we return to Chiang Mai in the afternoon of the last day of the course. (i.e. if the date of the course are 10th to 21st May, we depart from the meeting point in Chiang Mai on the 9th of May and we return in town on the 21st around 3pm).Meeting point time is at 12,30pm
