Mögeldorf, on the outs curt of Nurember, just 3min.walk from the Reichswald(a beautiful waste pine forest) and 15 min. cycling from the city centre and from the historical sites.
The workshop will cover the material of the beginner course, focusing on feeling and touch, posture and adjustments.
The cost of the 3 days is € 370.
It includes the course fee, three vegetarian meals a day and shared accommodation.

The course will include stretches and acupressure points to use in the Side Position to alleviate shoulder tensions.
